Your policy number (sometimes referred to as your covenant or agreement number) is required to submit a claim.
Please only enter the main number — do not include any prefixes or suffixes. For example: If your policy number is CMC 100XXXX-X or WC 100XXX-X, only enter 100XXXX.
If your policy number is unknown, contact claims@wash1.net to obtain your number.
